Juliet and Peters Fairfield Boathouse wedding was like something out of a modern fairy tale. A divine venue, a dreamy boat ride giving us The Notebook vibes, and of course Juliet looking absolutely stunning (and you too Peter).
Juliet and Peter found love in lockdown when they swiped right on each other and realising that they were practically neighbours!!! After finally meeting they have been inseparable ever since. Whilst these two both serve our community through their jobs, they also moonlight as models! Juliet convinced Peter to come along to a bridal shoot one day and it’s now a thing. I mean look at them!
Juliet and Peter had a Fairfield Boathouse wedding and it was absolutely divine. Officiated by Jay Allan, these two and laughed and cried their way through their ceremony. Typical Melbourne weather absolutely turned it on with a scorching hot day, but just as it was time for their ceremony, the heat simmered and a breeze caressed the river banks! It was a welcomed weather change for their ceremony alongside the river. Their ceremony space was styled by Ria and it looked gorgeous.
The Fairfield Boat House, located in Melbourne, is a gorgeous wedding venue nestled on the banks of the Yarra River. This iconic restaurants feels like you’ve taken a trip to the country with the serene surroundings and the secluded feel to it. What a great place to escape the bustling city life without actually leaving Melbourne! The boathouse has a lovely rustic charm and you can’t help but feel at home here. A Fairfield boathouse wedding might be for you if you’re looking for a gorgeous location where you and your guests can relax and unwind. Annnnnd of course, if you were/are obsessed with The Notebook, then some photos in the boats are an absolute must. How romantic!
After Peter and Juliet’s ceremony, we took their family and wedding party photos! What fun! Then Peter and Juliet had a beautiful boat ride together. A quiet moment out on the water is such a romantic way to take everything in together.
Now moving on from the romance, Juliet had another surprise in store for her guests!!!! In between the ceremony and reception, wedding planner Bhern showcased his hairdressing skills, and Juliet waltzed into her wedding reception with a whole new look!! Needless to say, everyone was very surprised. Juliet is the kind of spontaneous, fun AND loving and caring friend we all need in our life. What a vibe.
These two cuties spent the rest of the evening dancing and having an amazing time!!! The sparkler exit was stunning by the water. One of my favourite parts of their reception was their friends who were not afraid to grab the mic and give us a performance. It was so much fun.
