It was a glorious Saturday morning, and I made my way down to the Peninsula Wildflower property. The wonderful team at Peninsula Nomads had set up something incredibly special. Jad and Sheree had spent the night Glamping for Sheree’s birthday… and little did she know…. There was something even more special the next morning.
Laura from Peninsula Nomads set up the most beautiful area for Jad to ask Sheree a very big question. I met with Laura in the morning and concocted a plan to keep it on the down low until the big moment. I creepily waited behind a bush near the set up to spring out with my camera when Jad was ready to propose. As soon as I heard footsteps and laughter approaching, I hit play on Stevie Wonders ‘I just called to say I love you’ and waited with bated breathe.
It was an absolutely beautiful proposal. Needless to say, it was a YES from Sheree. After giving them some time to soak in what had happened…. We made our way around the property to take some photos to celebrate.
